How to fill out your summary sheet:

Calculating your average in each peak. Please add up all the numbers in each peak and divide by 5, record your average on the master sheet for each peak. Then record your priority peak in the REYL MEN Rising Coaching Group Post about the Focus Areas.

Example: If your mental peak average was a 3.2 you would mark the appropriate area on the line or between the lines for the Mental Peak on the master sheet, the continue with all the other peaks, giving you an average for each of the 5 peaks.
